"The website offered free shipping. I prepared to order three T-shirt’s, then noticed a shipping charge. I emailed them asking why this was, they wrote back saying they’ll fix it. I ordered the shirts, then after a week and a half checked to see why they hadn’t arrived yet. I emailed them, they replied that they wouldn’t be able to get one of them, so I agreed to them sending the other two. When they arrived, found one was medium, I had ordered extra large. All of a sudden they wouldn’t respond to emails, and the only phone number gives a recording saying to use the email. Fortunately I called my credit card company quickly, and they were able to file a dispute over payment."
"I placed an order early December... they sent me a tracking number and I tracked my order only to become surprised that the tracking number they sent me was delivered... but not to me in fact in the tracking history it was delivered to a completely different city... So I tried to call the company... no answer! So I emailed them, they did reply and said they sent me the wrong tracking number and sent me the right one... So I begin to track that number... and what do you know... delivered yet again to another city... So I call again... no answer... So I email again and I am waiting for a reply now.
I ordered my package the beginning of December 2018... here we are in the middle of January 2019 and I still haven't gotten anything other then wrong information and no product THAT I PAID FOR with a SHIPPING charge... I gave extra time seeing as it was ordered during the holiday session but common when I am paying for shipping and its still been over a month.... I get free shipping from walmart and its at my door within days.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY CLEARLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! "

"Ordered a shirt on Dec 1, 2016. Never received tracking info. December 14 I finally got a response after several e-mails and they said that my shirt shipped. They provided a UPS tracking number, predated the shipping date to 12/1/2016 and then never actually shipped the item. It is 12/20/2016 and the tracking number reveals it was never shipped. I emailed them about it and they got back to me right away saying they would take care of it. I got the tee fairly quick and it was really nice. "Ordered a shirt on Dec 11 for Christmas on the 23rd no shirt emailed buycoolshirts and the response was due to the season they are very busy and it should ship out in 5 to 7 business days and i would receive a email when it ships...Today is the 29th and still no shirt no email i dont think a business that cares about its customers works like that if your busy hire more people you must be making money if your so busy there are real companies that know how to treat there customers out there ....might take a page out of there book buycoolshirts is a rip off dont use ......"
