"I've done quite a bit of online purchasing. This transaction was by far the best. I ordered two software titles on a Monday and received it by Friday using the most inexpensive shipping option. The titles were exactly as described. I ordered the wrong version of MS Office and I e-mailed their customer service the day I received the item. I received an RMA the same day AND they did not charge I restocking fee because I contacted them so quickly and had not opened the item. I later called to verify the return and the customer service representative was extremely helpful and friendly. I complemented them on their service and she seemed genuinely happy to hear about my good experience. Overall, I rate this company as excellent. The prices are great, shipping is outstanding, customer service wonderful. I will deffinately do business with them again."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! These guys are great. I didn't place a major order, nor a difficult one, but I figured I could help with their rating. I purchased three ink cartridges from them on a Sunday evening. Before placing the order, I noticed that the site says if placed before 2pm(I think) it would ship that day. Well, I received them two days later on Tuesday!!! I was more than pleased with the speed of this company. The only very small complaint I have was that they don't send a tracking number. Now this isn't anything really to complain about, especially when it only took a day to get the package, but it's always nice to get that little note saying they got your order and the box is on the way, especially when the one item said they had one left on the site. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about with these guys. I will definitely be ordering more ink from them in the future and I will be sure to send my friends their way too."
