"I ordered 3 units of a software title. A week goes by and no delivery. So I email their customer service email addresses and no response. I email them again and no response. Finally, I found a direct email address and finally got an answer that it was backordered. On the website, it didn't say anything about it being backordered. After I ordered, they didn't email to say anything about it being out of stock. The order was just left hanging. Disappointed with this shopping experience."
