"I ordered bed linens from them on December 21st. They advertise processing in 3-5 days. On the January 2nd, it still showed 'in process,' so I contacted them. They claimed that it had to wait until after the holidays, which are from 12/30 to 1/8 in Russia.
Now it's 1/13, and it's still 'in process.'"
