"I ordered 2 copys of Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007. The order took 2 weeks to arrive. When I tried to install the software I got a message that the product code that came in the package was wrong. I called Microsoft & they told me that the product code did not match the CD. I have sent two emails to Buysoftware.com (they do not have a telephone number that I can find) and have not had a response. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. I found out when the package came that it came from China so I am not supprised that I was rippped off. No where an their web site dos it say that they are in China.
