"I bought a fridge 2 years ago and I have warranty but now is completely hot inside, I keep calling them to come fix it and nothing. I called left voicemails, send a fax message them thru the website and thru face book and nothing!!!!!!"

"FRAUD ALERT - Buyrite Appliances uses bad customer experience as a way to mask consistent fraud. They take orders, primarily placed through Google advertising they fulfill a reasonable amount for them to appear legitimate. The rest they push consumers to go through their bank to dispute the charge.

If your order didn't arrive, you were missing a part or they wouldn't honor their return policy you experienced fraud. I'm personally out of pocket over $3k from working with them.

Don't let them get away with it. This is fraud. Report it. Tell your bank, tell PayPal, report it to the IC3, tell your local newspaper, report it online. Most importantly if you bought the item through a Google ad, report it to Google. Shutting down their Google account shuts down their business

"I ordered a stove on their website, on 06/07/14. They said the expected lead time would be 10-21 days... A few days later I received an email asking me to contact them back regarding my order so I did. I emailed and called and got no response from them.

Two weeks had passed and so I proceeded to email and call them again. No email response back from them, I left several voicemails. No one has responded back to me.

Terrible customer service, No one EVER answers their phone or responds back to your emails.

I will never order from this company ever... Buyers BEWARE!!! You may never get what you order.

"I placed an order for a home appliance on 4/5/2014. When I placed the order I found nothing about the item being currently unavailable or needing backorder. However two days later on 4/7/2014 I got an email asking me to call them. I called a few times and could only reach the voice mail.

I then checked my order status on their website and found it is being backordered. I waited one week and heard no update about the order. So on 4/12/2014 I emailed them asking an estimate about when they can ship and get no response at all up to now (4/20/2014).

Now my project is left in a mess as the contractor could not finish with the appliance. And the kitchen is half done.

I feel my order is completely ignored or they don't care about their customers at all or both.

"Very pleased with my purchases. We purchased 3 LG appliances Refrigerator , washer and dryer.. everything worked out beautifully. Sales rep and customer service were good and friendly , excellent communication .
Delivery was as planned . Everything arrived in great condition and brand new. I have recommended to a family member and they have placed an order as well for an entire kitchen!! Highly recommend Buy Rite Appliances for all your appliances needs.

"I placed an order for a refrigerator at the end of November. I received a confirmation via email but never heard anything else. I waited a week, emailed them and received no contact, then finally called many times where I was then able to talk with someone who told me the fridge was backordered. They had mentioned nothing on the website nor in the email. They put me on hold and then told me they NOW were ordering the fridge and it would have to go to them before they could ship it. The guy quoted 6 weeks and then had the gall to ask me if I'd like to expedite it for an extra few hundred dollars!! I should have canceled it then but was already committed. I then called 4 weeks later (FOR A FRIDGE) and they told me the item in fact had not been shipped from the distributer and they didn't know when it would come (WTH???)! I then cancelled and was able to get the same applience for the same price from Aj Madison. They shipped my fridge the day I ordered it and I will get it in a week with normal shipping. LONG STORY SHORT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I've made maybe 2 reviews in my life, this one was worth it if it saves any of you the time and effort this cost me. Terrible company with a complete disregard for their customers. "

"I placed an order last week, never heard anything other than an order confirmation, waited and waited a week, emailed them and received no contact, then finally called many times, finally got a live person. They said they been trying to get in touch with me, the item was back ordered and they didn't know when the manufacturer would have it (was a GE stove hood) .....they had all my contact info, email and phone, but none of it seemed to work for them........I should have canceled it then but I wanted to see if I could get it elsewhere, I did, and now I can't make contact with them again to cancel, no one ever answers the phones or responds to emails.....if they ship it I plan to refuse it and have VISA dispute the charge, saving my emails for proof. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....GO SOMEWHERE....ANYWHERE ELSE......LOOKS LIKE A SCAM BUSINESS THAT OPERATES LIKE THIS!"

"I ordered a Weber Gas Grill online and paid via credit card. Two days later I received an email that my order was pending review and that if I had any questions, to login to my account or email customer service or call. I don't have an account with BuyRite Appliances...I simply placed a consumer retail order online. I emailed customer service and I have now placed two phone calls and left messages. There has been no communication back whatsoever. I'm at a complete loss as to whether or not they are even able to fulfill my order."

"My experience almost exactly matches the reviews directly below. Very poor service. I ordered an induction range, 2 days later I had heard nothing so emailed and called them... Nada, zip, nothing.... My card was debited immediately upon placing the order, and we are talking $1400 here, so not small change.

The money has since returned to my account so I can only presume that the order will not be fulfilled but it would be nice to have heard something from this company either way.

I will make sure everyone I speak to knows how this company operates, or doesn't, as the case may be.

"I ordered a Maytag Washer and Dryer set over a month ago. After weeks of patiently waiting, several attempts have been made to determine the status of my order. "Unacceptable service! I ordered my appliance online with the caveat that I would receive confirmation within 24-48 hrs after which my credit card would be charged and I would be notified. Forty-eight hours pass and nothing, so I send an email asking about my order. No response. At Ninety six hours, I phone Buyrite customer service where I am told that unfortunately they cannot ship to my zip code, sorry for not letting me know. Now I am 4 days into a process in which I THOUGHT I had purchased a dryer and I have to start all over again and be without a dryer because BuyRite cannot actually do what they say they do in the normal course of conducting their business. If they mislead you in the small things, what will they do in the bigger things?!? How difficult is it for BuyRite to know when a zip code is entered initially in the order process whether or not they actually ship to that zip code or not.....I have wasted 4 days of my and my family's time because of their misleading practices."
