"I placed an order in July 2009. It took them forever to ship. They supposedly shipped in August. They charged my cc right away before they shipped. After several weeks of receiving an e-mail shipping confirmation, I didn't receive the order. I e-mailed them back and forth for several weeks about the order. For some reason they always say that UPS doesn't give them correct tracking numbers or that UPS keeps making problems. September 2009 I received half of my order, the reason they stated was that UPS sent the shipment in 2 packages. It is now the 3rd week of December 09. I still haven't received the other half. I kept e-mailing them since November and they never responded. Either they are ignoring me or they're lazy after getting possibly hundreds of complaints. They have low prices but they get there money back by intentionally not sending some orders and stating that UPS lost them. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS. Also, Kevin Barton YOU BETTER FRAKING GET HIT BY A UPS TRUCK ONE OF THESE DAYS!! "

"These guys are absolute CROOKS. I ordered Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 from them at a price of $43.95 with free shipping. About 5 business days later, I sent them an email to see when my game would be shipping out because I was thinking about cancelling the order and purchasing it from a different company for a similar price. The reply I received stated that I would be emailed a tracking number within 1-2 days.

A few days go by and still no tracking number. I email them again asking for one...and finally I get a tracking number but the game hasn't been shipped out - the tracking information simply said that electronic info has been received. Another week goes by and there is no update on tracking. Finally I email them again and ask to cancel the order because I got fed up and I requested a refund. I was told I would get a refund within the next 2 days because it's done "in batches". Guess what? NO REFUND was given during the next batch. I email them AGAIN and I get a reply of "sorry, for some reason the refund didn't go through the last batch so I will manually refund your money right now". As of this writing, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED. What a joke, these guys are a bunch of clowns. Let me note, that I always order items from online vendors with free shipping and I definitely know it can be slower than regular shipping but I've ALWAYS gotten my items within 1-2 weeks. It has now been nearly a month, this is completely unacceptable.

"I feel like many people don't read the shipping guidelines on their site. Their free shipping is slow but its free! I use their free shipping whenever I can wait but I will use standard shipping whenever I really want to play as the standard shipping (costs $3.95), I will get it within 1 week.

The games are also in good condition and brand new. Their customer service is also good as I get a reply back from their email within 4-6 hours usually.

"bought the game nov 10 09
they billed me RIGHT AWAY.

my order is still processing (nov 16)

i emailed them for two days now trying to cancel - no response

ive called them for two days now - no answer
(their website conveniently says their phone lines are having trouble and they will never know when they can resolve this issue)

i am now filing a complaint with paypal, hopefully this will work.


DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

"This website had the lowest cost for a particular game, so I decided to buy it from them. I ordered the product on 11/4/09 and I didn't get a shipping response until 11/13/2009. I emailed them several times to find a status on this product. Even though they returned my messages quickly, all there information they provided was incorrect. I would not recommend using buynextgen.com. There are far better websites that will treat the customer with greater efficiency."

"Do not order from this store... delivery is suspicious at best. I placed an order on 9/15/2009. It didn't get shipped until 9/21/2009. I paid for the cheapest shipping method and it went out without a tracking number. It's 10/6/2009 and I still haven't gotten the order yet. Tried emailing them but never got a response back - now working on a refund thru paypal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They try and hook you on much lower prices."

"This review will read negatively, but really overall, I'd give them about a 7 out of 10. Here are some observations as a first time buyer:

Their website is a little clunky to navigate.

Their prices were awesome as you could find the Wii Sports Resort there for $40 and Batman Arkham Asylum for $43.

It took them about a week to ship the item out. The frustrating part about this is that they billed very early on. Perhaps I am spoiled by large vendors such as Amazon or Newegg, but when I get billed, I expect my item to be out the door very soon after.

When contacted, I was told that my item had shipped despite their web tracking system showing my item as still being in processing.

Response to my concern was quick (4-6 hours).

No tracking number was provided.
