"The worst retail experiance I have ever had. I purchased a sound bar that came out of the box with a defected amplifier. I called the manufacturer for technical help. They confirmed it was a amplifier issue and the unit should be returned back to the retailer you bought it from I asked why I couldn't send it back to The manufacturer for repair they told me that the reason you couldn't return it to us was because the company you bought it from wasn't a authorized dealer I called BUYFULLHD and told me I was still under the 90 day return policy so they instructed me to bring it to a electronic store in my area and they would pay for the repair?? I asked them why I couldn't I return it back to them and they told me that they did not have a repair shop. I asked if I could exchange it for a new one and the argued that I take it to a repair shop. So I called the manufacturer back. I explain to them what they wanted me to do and they explained to me that they were the only one authorized to repair the unit and if I wanted it repaired I could send it to them include a $65 repair fee plus shipping and they would repair it and send it back to me. I spent over $90 to send it back to the manufacturer for repair which took over a month after shipping it cross country have them do the repair and send it back to me. I would be very careful with this company. They buy there merchandise A back of a truck. Careful all"
