"A scam operation if you ask me. I ordered a television on November 21, 2021. Was given a delivery date of November 29, 2021 that changed to the 30th. No big deal. As of today December 11, 2021, no television. The receiver says the shipper doesn’t have it. The shipper says Buydig hasn’t provided it. Four calls to Buydig have been met with apologies and promises of a call back the next day with an update. Assurances that management is making my order a top priority and all those lies. Zero calls back. Zero action. Zero television.
I’ve been told four times the same thing; the shipper is busier during the holidays and it takes just a few days longer. Ok. Why no call backs. Why does no one know where the television is and why won’t Buydig provide another one? I have my assumptions and they center around this operation being thieves and liars.
