Rip off

" ordered a 75 inch tv it took almost 2 weeks to get it. I unboxed it at it up and found that it was broken. It's almost impossible to get in contact with customer service. The first call I got the run around.. the second call the guy didn't kno his **** from his nose.. the third person set up a new TV to be delivered and the broken TV picked up. When they came to pick up the TV they did not have a replacement (the agreement was to bring one take one). So now I have no TV and they have my money and won't replace the TV??? RIP OFF!!!"

Fantastic Selection and an even Better Customer Service

"So Buydig.com and BeachCamera seem to be the same company, and I actually have had a good experience with both - so that saves me some time with leaving reviews.

I have had many good experiences, but the most recent is the most relevant. I got a great deal from their eBay store (yes, they have an eBay store, so you can get both eBay bonuses and PayPal bonuses).

Unfortunately this item came defective from the manufacturer (there are threads on how many problems there are and so it is a known issue). Given my past experience, I decided to take the direct-to-seller route rather doing a PayPal guarantee return (I use that only if I have given the seller a chance and they are not being reasonable.

I had the luck to have Nancy M. as my customer service representative. What an angel. She listened to all of the delicate issues that came with my situation, was actually empathetic, and followed up many times not only by phone but by email as well. She was there every step of the way - sending me some things that I would consider a next step, ahead of time. People like her are one of the main reason I do business with certain companies - because if they are forward looking enough to hire such great customer service representatives, it shows that they care about their customer experience.

Everything went off without a hitch, just like Nancy promised. I even called to request something weird a company with the defective item requested from me, had a different representative (sorry that I forgot his name) and he was empathetic as well, and told me that what they are requesting does not exists, but if they give me trouble, to follow up and they will deal with it.

What a wonderful team, great stores with great competitive prices (and when you're lucky to stumble on deals that stack up, you get rock bottom prices. I could not be happier, and recommend them to all of my friends and family. If their price was 5-10% more than another unknown company, 100% I would pay more, for the peace of mind that people like Nancy will take care of me should things go wrong.

Wrong TV delivered

"I ordered a tv to be delivered for Christmas and they sent me a completely different brand. It totally ruined Christmas for our family and speaking to their assistant manger Josh, no attempts were made for customer satisfaction. I decided to ask for a refund and have them pick up the wrong tv they sent me. This was my first and last experience with Buydig.com"

Tv refund

"Bought a tv for World Cup event but it got delayed several times and contacted several times to find out why but several times was told to wait for follow up and nobody gave update. Finally got a hold of someone who realized there was mistake in system. Multiple delays later, the tv arrived 3 weeks after original date needed. Tv came completely broken and requested to return. It took about a week and a half but got it returned. Still waiting for return. Talked to rep Jessi A who was really kind and supportive for the return which was one of bright spots of the process"
