"I ordered a shank and hitch, called to make sure it was in stock and that they could ship it to me on time. This didn't happen, I had to cancel a camping trip and lost my money. I emailed them and they stated it was shipped no tracking info. I got the hitch no shank no bars. I emailed them again i got another hitch and bars still no shank. I contacted them again they said they would refund my money for the shank in two days and sent me labels to send back the other. I did not get my money back for anything until the whole order was shipped back. Not trustful at all did not do anything but say I am sorrry, I will not shop from this site ever again and would advise everyone to think twice before shopping their site."

When I called to question it they said they couldn't redo the order because it already shipped. Then I found out it would cost me a $106 to ship it back. "Attractive price on a good product (Duraliner bed liner) convinced me to purchase from this company. Wrong choice - this company has very poor communications. I ended up calling them to confirm the order and out of six emails I sent them only one was answered. The last time I tried to call the company their voice answering system was on a continous loop the entire day. The company would not give me the name of the freight service or a tracking number so I was in the dark about delivery. When the bed liner arrived the truck driver did a drop test of the liner off the back of the four foot high truck and then drug the liner across my gravel driveway even though I was on my way to help him. Bed liner arrived scratched and without any installations instructions. I called Duraliner (Pendaform) for installation instructions to find out I did not have the correct installation kit so I had to order that from the manufacturer (would not trust buyautotruckaccesories.com to get it right). I've learned my lesson and will never purchase another item from this company. Please beware of this company."

"I bought a Torza Top bed cover #47019 for my 2006 Tundra Doublecab on Monday 9/5/11. I go an order confirmation email that same day (Labor Day). The next day I got another email stating my “order has been processed and will ship (FULL shipment) in 24-48 hrs via Fedex” and that Fedex will email my tracking numbers at that time. About 30 hours later, I got an email from Fedex with tracking numbers stating the package was scheduled to arrive on Friday. Friday came and I got an email from Fedex saying my package had arrived, just as my wife was calling me to complain about how heavy the thing was that she had to drag in the house. :)

"Communication with customer is poor. This company seems to be a third tier reseller without on hand inventory, they merely broker deals. My order was not shipped when promised, not shipped to correct address, phone numbers entered incorrectly and since they only broker the deal they point fingers to their distributor or manufacture. Customer service was inexcusably rude 3 out the 4 times they needed to be contacted on just one order. I would not recommend this company."
