"I ordered 3 shirts for my husband for ballroom dance events. I received them timely and they look like nice shirts. They were a little stiff so I put 2 of them in the washer and dryer. After all, they are 65% poly and 35% cotton. (I am a seamstress and this is my go to fabric for easy care and wrinkle free.) They came out all wrinkled. When I called customer service I was told these shirts are "dry clean only" and you can never machine wash cotton/poly fabric. I asked her to show me on the website where the care instructions state dry clean only. I would NEVER had ordered a shirt that was dry clean only. Of course I cannot return the 2 shirts I washed but will be returning the one I have not opened. So buyer beware before purchasing shirts from this vendor. I will not buy from them again."
"This was my second attempt at ordering the guys shirts for the wedding. I was so excited that they had the right shirt in two different fits. They did reach out within a day or two of submitting my order and said they only had one of the three shirts in stock. They made it easy to cancel my order and refunded my credit card right away. When reading the return policy they said if the package is open there is a 20% restocking fee. How is one supposed to try on the shirt????? I think that is so unfair. "

I don't buy clothes online because it's scary, will they fit, will the return process be a headache. I took a chance and it could not have been any better. I placed the order on Wednesday 7/11 and received it yesterday, 7/16. The quality was better than I had hoped, everything was in the box, it was great. "Purchased a tuxedo for my son in 2017 for a black tie affair. Loved being able to order separates (he's now 5' 8" and 105 lbs - hard to find clothes!). The site is very helpful, especially the sizing tab. It details the various sizes quite comprehensively that I didn't have a problem determining what size to get my son. The tuxedo was great, and material wasn't itchy (I think it was a viscose blend). It felt much more expensive than what we paid.
Well, it's 2018 and we have another black tie affair, except he doesn't fit in the original tuxedo anymore. Ordered the same one just a bit larger! One of the items is backordered but the customer service representative told us the estimated date of arrival so we're going to wait for what we want rather than get a substitute. The rep was friendly, knowledgable, and respectful.
