"These are bogus ratings from 5 plus years ago. There was a company with our name in the UK that was selling cell service by Vodaphone. I guess that they are no longer in business. This is not the Business Phones Direct that is now BPD Technologies in Los Alamitos, CA. I could never get Reseller Ratings to take these negative reviews down. The website picture that they use is mine from 10 years ago."
