"Placed an order late one night. Wanted to apply a promo code the early next morning or at least cancel and reorder but they refused because it was about to ship. This was untrue, since it shipped 2 days later. Was told to refuse shipment and did so but tracking still says delivered. It has been almost 2 months and they wont give me my promised refund for the refused shipment. Worst customer service I have seen in awhile."
