"after ordering a size XXL and fining a Freeship coupon on line i knew the deal was too good to be true. sure enough, after a few hours after placing the order, they contacted me to inform me that they ran out of the size i ordered. i'm sure they didn't honor the price and therefore preferred to cancel the order instead. this place is everything everyone else is saying about them. i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. "Ordered 5 t-shirts for my cousin's birthday and got them all with no problems. Check out was easy. Wanted to order a sweatshirt a few weeks later for myself but my size was out of stock on the website. Emailed to ask when it would be in stock. Frank from customer service was really cool and actually got me the sweatshirt in no time at all. Great company and great people. Definitely will keep goin to them!!"
"I ordered a t-shirt from this company over a month ago. They charged my credit card immediately, yet I still have not received the item I ordered. I emailed them again last week, still no reply. I called their telephone number today and there was no answer, not even a voicemail system. I sent a second email advising that if I did not receive the item I ordered or a full refund I would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Apparently this caught their attention and my payment was refunded.
I wouldn't be surprised if this merchant was selling items they don't have in hopes of keeping the payments once people eventually forget about their orders.
I will never make the mistake of ordering from this company again."

*The second time was a wrong size. I ordered an Extra Large Guns n Roses t-shirt and they sent me Large (!!!!)
*The third time was a faulty t-shirt. I ordered a Metallica t-shirt and it had a small hole behind the right of the back (!!!!!)

"Horrible Horrible website. I ordered a couple shirts from them and spent less than 60 bucks on these shirts for my kid brother and my best friend, for an upcoming Rage Against the Machine concert...have been waiting a few weeks for a response from them and NOTHING. I have tried to get a response from them and still nothing. These people are Fraudsters and have NO SOULS...now I'm out of a good chunk of cash and no shirts for the rage show in July...this bites."
