"I went there one time and they could not give me a receipt. Which I thought was odd. The manager asked me for my email to email it later. Weeks later I had never received a receipt. Then I get an invoice via email a month later. They stated their system failed and my credit card did not get ran properly. I finally called them, and told them I did not believe I spent as much as they claimed I did. I was told that day by the manager he was giving me a really good discount. The invoice they sent did not have a discount. I called to straighten it out and they have been less than apologetic and demanding I pay a bill that should have been paid and they claim I spent more than I did that day. I looked up some of the prices on their website and they charged me more on the invoice they sent me. Now I am contacting a lawyer. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO AND DEMAND A RECEIPT!!! "

"After several smooth transactions we hit a snag and the solution to the issue was unacceptable. An order was shipped to the wrong address (Burkett's error). The items were to be retrieved at the address to which they were misdelivered and forwarded to the correct address. The items were indeed picked up however they were routed back to the corporate office rather than to the intended recipient. After 7 days of waiting for this to be rectified I requested Next Day shipping to get the order before the weekend. Not an unreasonable request given that my order SHOULD have been delivered 7 days earlier. I was advised that Next Day shipping was too expensive and that my order was being canceled and the total refunded. In sum: The solution for Burkett to a reasonable customer request was to destroy a business relationship. I'm very disappointed that my company's orders were not valuable enough to warrant any care for our situation."
