"I arrive at my daughters wedding rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding. I had asked her to inspect the flowers for damage . I must say there was no damage . However the cake topper was not even close to what they described and the bouquets were so small they were unusable. I was out my money for everything but the boutonnieres. It was to late to get new flowers from bunchsdirect and I personally didn't trust they could fix this. I had to find a local florists to have new flowers made overnight. Never again will I order flowers online."
"WARNING TO ALL BRIDES-DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. 6 days out from my wedding I have been told there system didn't receive my payment details and the order in now cancelled (details were sent so the stuff up was on their end). No phone call. The order was placed weeks ago. Just an email saying it was cancelled 6 days out. Now 5 days out from my wedding I have been told they 'cannot fill my order'. Worst service I have EVER received. Do not risk the stress of using bunchesdirect. It is not worth saving a few dollars and risking receiving nothing at all. I am beyond disgusted with the service! "I ordered flowers to be used for the church arrangements at my first daughter's wedding. The order was short 8 of the 20 garden roses and 1 of the 20 lisianthus I ordered.The total order was $424.82. I notified the company within 35 minutes of receipt of the order of this shortage. No one returned my call and when I did finally get a person at 3 o"clock the next day they did not have a record of my message from the day before. I would strongly suggest they get caller id if their voicemail is unreliable. They were unable to make the order "right" with the receipt of those much needed flowers. I was forced to buy local regular roses and bunchesdirect.com refunded the money. Needless to say, it was an unwelcome last minute aggravation. I attempted to have them same day deliver the flowers to a nearby zipcode, but the flowers were unavailable. A disappointment!!!"
