Thanks real reviews! I won’t be duped again

"Thanks for your honest reviews. I was about to make an order of over $1k. But I have been duped enough trying to support small businesses like myself. So from now on I’m reading reviews and taking full consideration of all red flags. Like no delivery. No reply. No phone number. No follow up with postal service. A lot of these companies are playing game with our postal services. Getting them involved by giving you a generated shipping number, where they never deliver the product to shipping company. But as a customer when we see this shipping number, it takes our focus off of that assignment as temporary complete. Days later you find out an realize you’ve been duped!!! Sad case of online business scams. Everybody deserves a second chance. Especially after we all suffered through pandemic. So I’m asking you to get it together and I will circle back around and give you a try. Good luck on rebranding "

"LACK OF CUMMUNICATION!!
Decided to order from this company because they have good prices! BIG mistake! I placed the order, recived an email saying my order had been processed! Waited for a week and my order never arrived!! So I called the company and they said the item I ordered was out of stock!! WHAT THE.. Why was I not informed??! So I cancel the order had to order from somewhere else pay more cause I lost one week waiting!! And I have not been refunded yet!! I called and a man named Eric said it takes a few days to get a refund! hoping I get my refund soon! Plus I checked their website and the Item that is out of stock is still up as in stock!! Not planning to EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

"I ordered M&Ms for my wedding & one of the bags came opened/broken. I tried multiple times to get a hold of them & am still waiting. Unless I'm blind, I cannot find a phone number to get a hold of an actual person. The emails I sent came back undeliverable & the messages through their website have not resulted in a response. I don't even know if my problem is going to be resolved or not. Not something I wanted to deal with 39 days before my wedding...."

"HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I ordered the candy for my wedding a month out and they left me in a stressful costly possition. Here is why...

The Friday my order was schedule to deliver 3 boxes of candy ( around 40lbs each) only 2 showed up. I immediately called UPS and they said to call the company. I did so and they said it should come Monday. I called Monday, and they said some of the items were out of stock, but they shipped that it has now shipped out so it should be there by Friday. Called Friday only to find out they never shipped it!!! They said that on Monday or Tuesday earlier in the week, I was sent an e-mail and credited the cost back to my account. Such bull! I never received an e-mail at ALL from them, and they never credited my account. They said it was credited and it normally take 3-5 days. Well when I went online when I got home an hour later, I magically had a new e-mail from paypal saying they credited my account. Of course they messed up the credit and I had to ask them to fix it and add shipping. I am still waiting for the corrected credit.

During this they never ONCE apologized to me for causing this inconvenience because now i have to rush order candy from somewhere else and pay extra for it.

Another note, packing sucked! Some of the bags were opened and I received one wrong type of gummy. Ugh, this company is horrible. Go somewhere that cares about their customers.

"Super super cheap prices, almost too good to be true! Our M&M's came in retail sealed bags with no breakage! Shipping was fast, but maybe because we're in California as well! A++

"I Purchased White Pink and Red M&M's. The items were shipped fast and safely through UPS. They weren't broken or anything since they were shipped in bubblewrap. Great prices, great selection! Perfect for my wedding :D"

"Placed an order... no status updates received for over a week. Inquired on status, and after several days was informed there was a out of stock item and they were waiting for it to arrive.
Why didn't they contact me as soon as they knew of the shortage?
Then stated they just shipped it. Well, they just printed a label it didnt ship until the following week.

There is at LEAST one lie in the response I received. No apologies of any kind.
Horrible customer service, but good prices.
