"I ordered and paid for a high bay LED light and matching lens from Bulbs Canada in November. It was reasonably priced for something around 15000 lumens. Both items were listed as being in stock and on sale when I ordered, and are actually supplied by Energy Efficient Lighting which is very close to the Bulbs Canada outlet location. Unfortunately Bulbs Canada didn't ship the "in stock" items for over a week. When I asked when they would ship them out, they simply cancelled my order and stated the "items are out of stock" (refunding my credit card)! No other explanation, no other effort, just a blatant in your face lie. AND they continued to list them in stock, to this day.

Well that was a blatant lie as the supplier always had plenty of EEL LED lights ready to ship out. I managed to order from a local retailer in Ottawa at a LOWER COST than importing from Bulbs Canada.... VERY dis-satisfied, not a way to run a business! My LED light instal was delayed by 2 weeks due to them when winter was already setting in."
