I get my credit card statement and they deducted 20%. I tried calling and emailing them to dispute and don't respond. Stay away! Most online retailers don't charge a restocking fee so don't be fooled by bulbs.com lower pricing. they get you in the end with NO customer service and they lie!"

"Poor. Made and order and cancelled in 1 minute seeing it was the wrong item. Called in, they said it would be cancelled and refund issued. Now after 2 weeks of calling, i still haven't received my refund. "

When I called customer service (Stephanie) she just wanted to argue. Deceptive practices and I am canceling the remainder of the order."
