"I've purchased several Proxima lamps over 2 years.
Same lamp no. All dimmed to 50% brightness after
150 hrs. Great price, poor quality (one lamp type)
Also, they snuck a charge to my credit card 6 mos.
after delivery of the lamp. No authorization or
notification. I had the lamp delivered because I
was told I had a "store credit" coming to me. Then
6 mos. later, a charge appears on my account for
the value of that "free lamp." If only they
would have notified me of the late charge, I
would not be upset today."
