"Where do I begin? Well, for starters, my e-mails to Mark Nagata were answered quickly and professionally. That's rare in this day and age. Personal phone calls from Mark were a nice touch and also appreciated. The configuration for my Vision 8 Extreme was handled equally well. The system was built and finished in the time promised and even arrived a day ahead of schedule. Setup was a breeze and the system performed flawlessly right out of the box. Construction was also flawless - everything was neat, clean and tucked. Not even a fingerprint. My favorite part? It would have to be the 'Whisper Quiet' technology. Astounding - you really have to hear it (or, not hear it) to believe it. If you press your ear up to the front air intake grill, you can then hear the whisper.

From start to finish, this has been an A+ experience for me. I can also tell you that they are truly dedicated to complete customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend BYC Vision and I will definitely buy from them again. They are the Monster Garage, the American Chopper ... no, no, they are the Iron Chef of performance computer building. (Couldn't resist) Thanks guys!
