"Everything is great with the signs quality, shipping speed, etc. the only reason I didn’t give 5- stars is the packaging. I ordered the metal frame to put the sign in the ground- they ship with the signs, which is fine. But the put all the signs in the box- print side up- and then put the metal frames in- loose. Each order I’ve had, the top sign has had scratches through the printing. Pretty disappointed, in that. "

"The representative was helpful and sent me the link to edit our sign. Very quick and easy process. I surprised to see that the product did not save when I updated it and continued on to make my purchase on Jan. 21, 2022. I do not see that in my designs. The photo generated online was a little deceitful with spacing for the graphic. The product received is acceptable and we're pleased with every other aspect of the order, however, we did update and saved the product for future purchases today.
