"Store is a little bit awkward to navigate/search, but works OK. They had very good prices on some items, and shipping was quite reasonable and very fast. Shipping goes down as you buy more which I haven't seen before, but it makes sense and seems like a good idea.

I contacted them to modify my order and they were extremely nice and helpful even though it was a weekend and they had already packed up my order.

About the only real complaint I have is that their products show up in google product search as having free shipping, and their site banner says "FREE Shipping" up at the top, but you do not actually get free shipping unless you buy enough (about $150 to $200 I think)."
