"Thank you Budget Truck in Arvada Colorado, without your help I'm not sure how our moving day could have been so horrendous. It is convenient that we had to drive all the way down there to find out that you didn't have truck we reserved a week prior, because apparently you don't now how to use a phone. It was also a nice to act like we were the rude ones by checking with you once to see if our truck has arrived two hours later. You assured us you would call us back when the truck came in, but it has been over a week now and you haven't called, or apologized at all. Not only did you waste our day, but everyone who was going to help us move as well. Good thing something as trivial as moving has such a large window of opportunity to reschedule everything at the last moment. Happy holidays to us."
