I've never experience worse customer service

"Useless customer service. I got a parking ticket in Denmark which I had already paid, then Budget charged me for the ticket plus a $54 administration fee. I made several calls, provided documentation on their website. The last answer I got was an email with invoices stating, "For disputes we recommend to contact the country of rental". Budget is fine unless you have a problem and then they are incapable or unwilling to address your issue."

"I prefer to give none if I can! Never again! Budget cheated NZD 1,000 from me for a repairing fee! When I returned the car they found two tiny little scratches no larger than a fingernail from rare bumper I even did not notice that, then asked to charge 1,000 from me and would refund me the overpaid part later. Fortunately I bought an insurance from the site I rent the car. Then I chased a repairing detailed receipt from them. It has been one month, and I did get nothing from them but evading! Liers! I think two tiny little scratches already helped them earn 1000 dollars this money, they can let the car rest and do not need rent it to others. Why they would like to repair it asap? After all the money will be paid by me!"
