Never order from these guys

"Truly one of the worst in the industry. My package continues to be lost in limbo mail. They said they would contact me twice and never reached out. They never offered compensation or to reship the package. I'm now out $30 + shipping with no recourse."

wrong part and can't get a hold of anybody

"Bolens tiller piston rings. Part number 753-1209. Order number ***-***-****-5373059. It had the correct part number on packaging but one ring was correct but the other was incorrect and was much too big. Then when you try to get a hold of somebody you can't get through and no help. They haven't set up their answering machine so you can't even leave a message. Big ripoff. Do not buy from them. "

No communication

"I ordered a replacement sanding plate for my Bosch 1294VS sander. Was a little annoyed that they did not include installation instructions, since you have to take the unit apart. I could not figure out how to remove & re-install. I sent an email kindly asking for some guidance. After about 10 days & no response, I contacted them again, another week, no response. Inexcusable for any company to ignore their customers! "

If I could give them a 0 I would.

"Ordered a part for a WORX charger through the Walmart website the end of November. The merchandised came quickly but then everything went downhill fast. The part did not fit the item I wanted. Immediately tried to contact the company for return instructions. As stated by others no contact info was available so I had to go searching the internet. Found e-mail address and phone number. Sent e-mail never got a response. Tried both phone numbers and mail box full message on one and the second stated no working number. Finally getting frustrated enough that called AMEX for their help. Put a stop payment on the charge. Time forward now, 1+month now and received final notification from AMEX with another number to call. Tried that number and you guessed it, call won't go through. Back to AMEX with another complaint. I usually do research ahead of time, missed the fact this was a second vendor and not through Walmart itself. Don't order anything from this company!!! Horrible service!!!!"

Received wrong part, they won't reply to return

"I feel like I've been taken by this company. I put in my model for B&D Edger. Needed a handle for it. Handle showed up, but not for my model. Contacted them right away to get it returned and correct part shipped.....no response. Waited a couple weeks due to vacation and work, send them another note through their website and NOTHING. They have email and phone number for me and still no response. I now have a useless piece that I paid for and have to purchase the correct part from a more trustworthy company. DO NOT BUY FROM BUCKEYE TOOL SUPPLY!!!!! You will pay for parts you do not need and then not get a response. I guess this is a way they are cleaning out their old product that no one wants. "

"I ordered a part and the next day the tracking showed it was delivered to Buckeye tool not me. They did send an invoice and a tracking number that works.
I tried to contact them but they did not reply and there is no phone number listed or address. The one time I do not research before I buy I get taken.

I have to change my review. The part I ordered was delivered and it is what I ordered. The shipping was fast. The tracking still shows it was delivered to Buckeye tools and still no response. Don't know if I will buy from them again but I am happy with what I received.

"Ordered a part for a power tool; wondered when it would come. Tried to call the phone # on their website, got a recording saying the party "is not answering". No kidding. Clicked the link for "track my order", which said I had no account and no record of me - this after sending me an invoice and receipt for my payment. Sent an email, no response. My part finally came, but it turned out to be not what I needed (my fault, that one). I tried to contact the company for return info, but again, no phone or email response. On their website, the link for "return policy" comes up blank.

The only reason I gave them one star instead of zero is that they didn't at least get the order wrong, and sent me what I paid for.

I don't recommend doing business with these folks.

"I ordered a cordless drill charger and received it in the mail with no paperwork whatsoever. It ended up being the wrong charger and I attempted to contact buckeyetool to speak with someone. It has been a week of searching and I have yet to find a phone number that actually works. I tried emailing the company through their customer service number and haven't heard anything back in over ten days. Poor poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I ordered a Black & Decker Firestorm cordless Reciprocating Saw advertised on their website as new. What I received was a different model B.& D. reciprocating saw in a cardboard box with a saw blade. Obviously a demo display model with scratches and some kind of silvery stain on the plastic. No manual, warranty papers or explanation as to why I didn't get what I ordered.
The saw is almost identical to the Firestorm but it is not what I ordered nor was it new by any means.
So far there has been no response from Buckeye Tool Supply and I have filed a complaint with PayPal about the problem.
