Then when you actually return an item, they will then tell you "We will process your return right away. Within 2-3 weeks your account will be credited, or a refund or exchange will be at your door." The processing time for a refund of 2-3 weeks is not indicated in their Return Policy. Although they do eventually refund your money, they utilize it for 2-3 weeks before returning it. They are fast is processing when you are buying, but as slow as a snail when refunding.

One additional item to beware of: They charge you for shipping and then charge you again for shipping to return an item. Example, bought a pair of shoes for $40 plus $9.00 shipping. When the shoes did not fit, they charged me another $9.00 to return them. Total of $58.00. Refunded me $40.00. Cost me $18.00 to find out that the shoes don't fit."
