Their online chat support is terrible... it seems it was the same guy every time and he was rude and not helpful at all. I kept asking them to delete my account and my data but they refused.... I wouldn't recommend this crappy service to my worst enemy."
"According my statement BlueTone charges additional 46% of usage payment. Also the company charges for minutes without connection. For axample, last month I was charged $0.12 for one minute without connection plus $0.07 taxes and fee. After asking to cancel that charge, $0.12 was canceled but $0.07 I had to pay. So I payed for nothing. The connection is good and customer service is polite, but accounting software is poor.

"I trusted this company and didn’t check my bill. I have been with them for few years. I accidentally checked my last bill and my phone call charges come out be $14. My bill was $33. How? They said there are taxes and charges that bring the bill to $33. How is that possible? Nothing is listed to show that. They don’t itemize any charges and silently bill extra every month. Please add your charges and check your bill. This is abuse."

Some time ago they started charging a so called 'Transporter Surcharge' fee which is a percentage of your invoice. Are they a trucking company???
Now they started charging a 2.99$ Referral Fee which they say is a MONTHLY fee that will allow you to get a discount when you refer someone. How about that? Did you ever agree for this?
They start charging you and hope you won't notice. This is illegal in Canada and US!!!
I pray for a FTC/CRTC investigation into the practices of this company. Consumer protection agency / BBB will be notified about this.
