I'm happy to report that I'm totally 100% satisfied with my experience. The website has an order status screen that did not ever populate with information, so don't rely on it. I"m a former US Navy Hospital Corpsman and I wanted to get an instructional CD with the procedural updates that have taken place following my retirement. I have found the materials intelligently and logically presented. I would and probably will purchase from this vendor again. "
