"Stay away from this merchant. They had the lowest online price on the watch I was looking for, but took a week and a half to ship, and when it arrived there were scratches all over the watch face. I bought a pair of $100 sunglasses for my wife for christmas and was hoping to exchange them for a larger size (not even return them, but a simple exchange). They were still in the box with all tags on them. I emailed broadway watches and that's when the first red flag showed up - the place has a "gmail" account as a company account. Long story short, they will not process an exchange after 30 days even though their website says "Broadway Watches customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed." I was even willing to pay their shipment costs.
Pay the extra $10 dollars and get your stuff from a legitimate place."
"Ordered a product at a great price, roughly 25% off and the lowest online. I passed a sale that was slightly higher priced from a more reputable company. Two days later I got an email saying Broadway doesn't have the watch in stock, they have now removed it from the website, and here's a 2% discount for another order.
But the other sale I saw was now gone so I paid $30 more than I would have if i didn't hear two days later that Broadway doesn't have the watch. Additionally, the watch is still listed on Broadway's site. Sounds like classic bait and switch marketing to me. Beware."
