"I tried to buy a JVC GY HD101E from this store. They told me they were going to be able to ship it before the 29th. Onthe 28th I recieved an e-mail telling me that thoy wouldn´t be able to ship it. The asked if I wanted the refund as they have already charged the camera to my credit card. I asked them to do so as soon as possible.
After that I entered in a black zone. I don´t get any replies to my emails, I can´t get in touch with the sales manager on his phone. He doesn´t anwer my calls. Last thursday I was able to contact him by phone and he told me that the refund was going to be made last Twesday. Never heard from him again. I´m afraid that this was a serious scam. The store is listed in JVC pro as an official dealer. I even asked JVC about this store and they told me It is supposed to be a respectable store. Far from that I can´t get my money back!! I´m very dissapointed with their postition on this matter and I think I will have to get in touch with my lawyer to solve this situation.
