"I've been using Q-beam Max Million spotlights for years. The only reason I buy a new one is when they come out with a higher power corded spotlight or I lose some part and the light no longer works. The latter was the reason for my order with Brinkmann. The end came off the 12 volt plug and I lost the screw on cap, the fuse and the metal contact. I went directly to Brinkmann to order the kit with these items and I bought three, one to repair my 3m light, one for my old 2m light and one spare.

The item total only came to $5.85, but they charged me $6.87 in UPS ground shipping. They didn't even offer the option of shipping by USPS. When the small bubble mailer arrived, it had been shipped by USPS and had less than $2 in postage on it. I received an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation. If I ever need to order these small parts again, I'm sure I'll buy from Brinkmann because no retailers seem to carry them, but they could make some improvements to the order process.
