poor problem solving

"I have tried to correct my account for a year. The CSR's are usually friendly and try to help but seem clueless with Brighthouse's accounts system. They overcharged me for a month and have not received a refund yet. They finally found the problem after a year of disputing that I returned their equipment, but still waiting for them to correct it. They turned it to collections when they owe me money."
