"I am writing this review because normally I am a very positive person, and can see good in everything. But I overall had a horrible experiences with this company. To start things off when I was ordering the website kept messing up, so I had to call in. That was not my problem I had a wonderful girl help me, and place my order.. She even checked my order 5 times with me to make sure she got everything right and number of shirts right. I found it very pricey but my bridesmaids are wonderful, so i wanted to make them happy. My order comes and in the invoice was right, and had 6 shirts on it... I even paid HST on 6 shirts. When I opened the package though I only at 5 shirts!! I was a little worried but I figured they will fix the problem. I call the company and had customer service stated that i only ordered 5 shirts. I told them that does not make any sense, because i paid for 6 shirts and everything says 6 shirts. Finally after losing my mind, and feeling very stupid because I am normally a calm person.. They told me fine to sending the other shirt.

I told them how the shirt was suppose to be and even the size by phone and on the design website. Finally a few weeks roll around and i have not received the shirt I had paid for. I e-mailed the company, and they told me they did not have the size for the shirt, so they have not made it. Once again a little annoyed with this company this time I bite my tongue. I did in the end receive this shirt but this company cause me a lot of head ache.. and the shirts seem to look worse down, and not freshly made.


So save your self the headache and order some where else!

"This is my second time doing business with Bridal Party Tees. Both times I was pleased with the entire process. This second time, I used an image that I created on Photoshop and it turned out perfectly. I was also under a time crunch but the express shipping got it to me on time as promised.

They also have a very wide variety of items you can print on and shirts from several different manufacturers so there is virtually every color to choose from."
