I have asked tased them about a set of brass knuckles AMK-1003 and if I can get them in a 15 1/2 ring size. They have not answered me at all. "This is a cool company in general but what they are really good at are the SPECIALS and DEALS that they do. They announce them to newsletter subscribers so you have to subscribe. You will get the BEST deals that you will see online or at a store for various items. They do $5 deals with free shipping on items like pepper spray key chains, pen knives, lock pick kits, folding knives, etc. For bigger items I've seen them do $20 deal and $10 deals. For example, they did a $10 deal for Chrome Knuckles with free shipping for the first 65 customers.

"I've ordered from them at least 6 times since 2004 and have always had a great experience. I've had to return things twice and both times they answered my email and approved the return NO PROBLEM. They have an 888 number that I've never had to call because I've had all my questions answered through email the SAME DAY. I'm very sorry if these aryng reviews are real but I find it hard to believe. One review says that they don't provide tracking numbers for their orders? OF COURSE THEY DO!! THIS IS 2018!! "I bought from them multiple times. Always prompt shipping and delivery. The products are as advertised. The best experience happened lately. They shipped the wrong item (actually more expensive than the one I ordered) and the second item was damaged, unfortunately sometimes it happens. I sent an email describing the issue. Within a couple of days they rectified the deficiencies and shipped the correct item and replacement for the damaged item with apologies. What more can you wish for? The 1864 New York Copper Knuckles with the leather protective sleeve was my lastest purchase and I"m very happy with it an how it turns green over time and looks very very cool on my shelf with my other weapons.

"I've always wanted a set of brass knuckles and a butterfly knife. Found them both on their site for a decent price. After I placed my order, I saw all the one star reviews and got worried. At any rate, I got a shipping notice with tracking number a few days after I ordered and had my stuff a few days after that. The brass knuckles are nice and solid with a good weight to them and made in India. The butterfly knife is just kinda ok, but still fun to play with. And it was made in China. I'm not a weapons aficionado by any means, but I'm happy."
