My order was shipped with 7 days, each knuckel was individually wrapped and the package was discrete. Each knuckel is polished to perfection and fit my hand perfectly. "Did a little research and found this company years ago, ordered a few pairs and couldn't have been happier, the 100% brass is the real deal and the stealth knuckles feel strong for being made out of some kinda plastic, I placed an order more recently and had a minor hiccup that was resolved right away thru email at no cost or inconvenience to me whatsoever. The bad reviews baffle me, both my orders were shipped out a day or 2 after ordering and have arrived in the standard 2-3 day shipping.. My experience with this company has been great,, awesome products paired with awesome service. I'LL ALSO ADD I emailed as soon as I had an issue EXPECTING a hassle or long wait time,, nope.. I send my message at 11:48am and had a response at 2:59pm, sent a picture of my situation and was resolved the very next day, it was excellent! I wish it would let me post a picture for the ppl calling them a scam,, I now own 3 of the 100% brass knuckles (different versions), 1 of the 100% copper knuckles, and 2 stealth knuckles.. all successfully purchased from Brass Knuckles Company"

"I just purchased several items for my daughter. The cost for a few items not much so didn't expect anything great quality ($10 approx items). However I purchased a flashlight ($23) with a SPECIFIC name and color. It arrived and first it didn't even fit in the box correctly in the "fitted area" it was flipping all inside loose huge gap clearly NOT made for that spot, it was silver which I wouldn't have purchased it had I known, clearly shows black, the quality feels cheap, the name as advertised was different on the box and the name on the flashlight itself shows another??? There is something missing from the box, I wish I could attach the picture to show. When I reached out and they told me that it is correct. NO it looks COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. They said how they have them all over, ignoring the fact that it doesn't match! They said i could return it. I am not paying for shipping for an incorrect item and then to have to wait for my return, if it even happens from other reviews now reading, then to go and try and find another this close to Christmas! My funds are limited, especially in this economy. Very upsetting when you put trust in an order and then are treated as if you are stupid to show a CLEARLY wrong item. "
