"For my bicycle needs, my go-to stores are Worldwide cyclery, Jensen's, Competitive cyclist and amazon but when all these stores are out of stock of certain items due to covid, it had me searching around for smaller independent shops. That's where I stumbled on Brands cycle. I ordered twice from them before and no issues. Yeah free shipping is over $79 but sometimes, they offer 10% coupons on their website.

This time, I placed an order for 2 brake rotors and they came in 4 days. I never had to return an item so I don't know how they respond to that but if you know what you want, you won't be disappointed!"

"Bought 7 Dahon folding bikes from them and never offered a discount. Yes, I did ask for a discount and they said there was none. This store is so stingy, not even a free tube or bell. Luckily I bought some of the bikes using a cashback promotion. Once they sent me a dented bike and had me go to the store since I am located in NY. However, the store is 2 hours driving distance. I have a few more bikes to buy, but I am never buying another bike in there. Not worth my time."
