" Alert please don’t do business with Branded Logo Design company. Don't do business with this company they take customers money form them and did not delivery on their promise. Also make unauthorized charges on customers credit cards. This company needs to be clouded down ASAP. The FBI really needs to look in to the company. I lost over $2400 and an a unauthorized charge for $500 was made on my credit card. I contacted them and was only told that the employee name it Travis but I haven’t gotten back my money it’s been 10 months. Now have to start from scratch. this company is a scam. Also I discover brand logo design place an additional charge on my account that I didn't authorize using another business name call Logo Company and Design Rationale. Please stay clear of this company bad business."
"Ordered a Logo, business cards and another larger card instead of stationary. The logo design was nice but I could never reach the person working on the product I ordered by phone. Voicemail was always full so no message could be left for the person. I asked that changes be made to the envelope which included my phone and fax number, website name, email and return address. Then I was sent business cards and the name of the company could not read because the color was to light. I was sent a second box of cards that were the size of a large post card and they had the printers cut lines on them. I paid $450.00 for the Logo copyright and $330.00 to have the copyright for 3 years. The copyright for my logo for 3 years was not registered with the US department of copyrights. That was a total scam. Be very careful doing business with this company"

"One of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with. Dishonest and deceitful sums them up. The logo was only supposed to cost $120. Then they charged me $200 for a copyright. This was never mentioned anywhere or at anytime when I was talking with them. When I questioned this they said it was a law and mandatory. Looked it up and it is most definitely not a law. Then confronted them about it and they changed their story to company policy. At this point I was already very put off but was willing to move forward just to get it done. They wouldn’t give me the logo otherwise which was already paid for. After some time went by they contacted me again for confirmation of address to have the copyright delivered. Forwarded me to someone and then tried to charge me another $200+ for filing. This price changes based off the length of time you choose to have the copyright in effect. Again, no one mentioned this at all to me and in fact I asked a few times over to confirm that after I had paid for the copyright that there would be no more charges and we were done with everything. They blatantly lied over and over. Takes a special kind of person to do that. To top it off I spoke with four different people and they all continued with the same spiel. I refused to pay the last charge and the last person I was speaking with became unresponsive. I asked some questions and had no response for a while so I hung up. At this point I’m pretty sure I’m not going to get any of the paperwork I paid extra for and I’m honestly afraid they will try some seriously underhanded business tactics and try to claim the logo for themselves. I have absolutely no trust or belief in the company at all. It’s truly worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in any regard."
