"Internet shop name is Messerland. Ordered a knife which I never received. After 3 weeks waiting I contacted the company by e-mail.
After several e-mails they pro-mist the knife to be sent by a week. Noting appeared after a week and they also stopped answer my e-mails. I had to go to PayPal and ask for the money to be payed back, which they did. Warning :do not use this company.

"A disaster! I really want the vegetable peelers and rose clippers as they are the easiest to use and well made. However, after fighting through the frustrating order process I hoped to get these items. My credit card was charged immediately. About 40 days later I tried to get the status of the order, but the Email address I was given rejected messages as no such account, and there was no telephone number published. I finally re-registered on the web site and filed a support ticket. So far, 30 days later, there has been no response.
The credit card challenge process resulted in the appropriate credit to my account. NOTE: the request for credit needs to be made 30 - 45 days after the order was placed. I have never received any communication from Brand Mates or the Victorinox Shop. I did get the vegetable peelers from www.KnifeZone.ca.
