"I recently purchase a Canon TS702 w/ cards & printing tray. As soon as I got it, I tried it, and was unsatisfied with the quality of the printer. I emailed on how do I return. Their website quotes, "Brainstorm ID Supply offers an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order you are not happy with what you ordered, for any reason at all - you can return it for a full refund." It took 9 days and after I gave a review, they finally responded. Now, I'm being charged a 20% "restocking fee" to return their equipment. Just all around bad business. This has been an horrible experience, I just want to warn other potential customers before you shop and get treated unfairly. "
"Bought a few packs of the NTAG215 cards. Overall, they work as they're intended to which is great. Only complaint on them would be the grab/stick feel instead of having a glossy finish. Also, out of the several packs I've bought, I've had a few in each where they had some sticky residue on the cards themselves that I physically could not remove -- which rendered printing on them useless, unfortunately. "
"Outstanding customer service- the kind we used to take for granted 40 years ago, but rarely get anymore. Jonathan from Brainstorm ID responded on a weekend within 15 minutes of my email to the company. It is not that I would count on this as I think people ought to have their weekends off and I may just have caught him at a good time since their customer service is Monday-Friday, but I was very appreciative that he responded so quickly on a Saturday. I was having trouble getting my template aligned with the ID card. He told me what I needed to do, which was really simple but not something I would have realized on my own and got me 90% there with just a little finagling of my original template I had designed on Canva for the final 10%. The IDs look great. He also pointed me to some really great looking templates that Brainstorm has available for customization on their website for free. I did not use these as I already had a design, but this is a great option. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Wonderful and inexpensive solution for us."

"The tray I ordered is not compatible with my printer. My printer is not defective and is capable of printing on discs with the included tray. However, the tray I purchased is not being recognized and I'm unable to complete a custom order in time. Customer service is only open Monday through Friday also, which doesn't help. "
"I tried a couple sources for inkjet PVC ID cards. When I found Brainstorm I was shocked at how low their prices were. So I gave them a try, expecting "cheap" cards. The cards are exactly what I need. They pick up the ink, they don't smear, they're rugged. I realized I had run out of cards, so I wrote to them. Customer service responded right away, answered all my questions and sent the cards out the same day. I don't see a reason to get my supplies anywhere else. They even take a leadership role by doing instructional videos. Crazy, right? I don't often write reviews, but Brainstorm is an exceptional vendor."

"Ordered Canon J Tray, Works very well with inkjet credit card size blanks. Looks very professional (no pixelation, no blemishes on substrate and dries pretty much instantly.) I was sceptical of how durable these would be but, I am very pleased with the fact I could not scratch the print off the card by digging my fingernail into it. It did, however leave a small mark on the outer surface of the printable material, but is barely noticeable unless you look for it and it did not effect the print or useability in any way. I would like to see more templates for programs such as CorelDraw, etc. I had to design my own template which was somewhat time consuming, but well worth it. These will turn out professional quality cards (I use mine for business cards) for very little cost compared to purchasing a Dye Sub Printer that costs thousands of dollars."

I initially ordered PVC cards from a business vendor and was unable to print to them.

"After deciding to implement a customer rewards program that requires id cards, I had the misfortune of ordering Artisyn paper from a different website, unaware that the paper was at least 5 years old, as it was discontinued in 2008.
Brainstorm ID educated me to that fact, and then sent me a 5 sheet trial of a different paper at no charge. After trying the sample I wanted to try two more types, but accidentally only ordered one type of paper. I immediately placed a second order for the other paper, let Brainstorm ID know what I'd done and they graciously combined the orders and saved me the additional shipping fee.
After determining the best paper for my printer setup, they honored my 5% reorder discount and gave me a break on the shipping fee. This will be my 3rd order from them and so far all product has been received in mint condition, and in sealed individually wrapped packages for long-term storage. So far every order has arrived in two days. All this at a cheaper price!
They have answered every question I've asked, and since I'm new to the process of making ID cards there have been many. I usually receive a reply within the hour. Twice I've gotten replies on Sunday! Jonathan, do you ever sleep?
