Still waiting for the refund

"I ordered "Mountaintop Majesty" Hand-Painted Eagle Sculpture from them. When I received the product, it was not as it was shown on the website, I returned it the VERY NEXT day. I have the proof that returned product reached them on 12 March 2021 by Canada Post. They should return the money within the specified time. However, even after the stipulated time, when I called them to inquired about the refund; They said They haven't received the product. When I discuss the Canada post proof of return, They said, “let us check again in our system” after a little hold of the call, they apologized and said they actually received the product and would process the refund in 3-5 business days. I waited and called them again when didn't see any refund on my credit card, after the mentioned time period. They repeated the same story: Haven't received the product, after checking system; apologizing, promise to process the refund in 3-5 business. It's already been 20 days. I am still waiting for the refund. When asked about the reference number of the conversation or email confirmation; They don't give it. I think there should be some accountability. They should stand by the BIG words written on their website about their refund policy and warranty. I hope they will understand our Canadian values and not follow Made-In-China culture pandemic. "

Do not purchase from this company

"This company has misleading advertising. I thought I was buying 2 coin collectibles for $140. No, it is a subscription service. I called to cancel and return items. Now they claim they did not receive the returned items for which I have proof of receipt from the post office. They continue to charge my credit card even though I had told them to cancel. I have not seen a dime of my money. "

Unacceptable Service and Shipping Time

"I ordered mailing labels for a specific project, I checked the shipping time and I should have received my labels in enough time. A week after receiving my shipping confirmation I still did not receive my product. I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes. I asked Bill for a tracking number and he said he couldn't provided one and the shipping time is 5-15 days! Not what the website indicated or my confirmation. Bill was not helpful at all so I asked to speak with a supervisor, again Depito was not helpful at all. Low budget company! Do not order from them!"

Bradford Exchange Cancelled My Order 4 Months Later

"I had ordered a Penguin Stanley Cup Ring on June 17, 2016 and knew it wouldn't be shipped until December 24, 2016. I was totally OK with that since it was a Christmas present from my wife and there was only a limited run made. My order went through and I was sure that I would get the ring. On October 11, 2016 I got a letter from Bradford Exchange stating they cancelled my order due to now not having enough inventory. 4 Months later, Really? I'm sorry but most on line orders would let you know it the limited amount of an item was exceeded and no longer available when you order. Not this company, they took my order and then 4 months later decide if I get my order or not! Totally unacceptable, an if this is they way they do business then I'll never do business with them again! I hope the person or employee family member who got my ring enjoys it!"

the realy bad website i deal with it !!!!!
if u need to deal with it just go to ebay or amazon !
cause i think they r Fear with this big website ..
so quick shipped and respond and easy contact !!!
but u know my friend why ?!
cause when i deal with the Original web site Began a major disaster U will Feel Incapacitate !!
