"Ordered a cartridge for my copier on October 30 2014... never got it. The order just says "Awaiting Fulfillment". I've called and never actually been able to talk to a person, it's always voice mail. I've sent several emails, with no response. So, I emailed my cancelation. I'm now looking into filing a complaint with the New Mexico Attorney General's Office. These guys need to be locked up."

"Ordered a product and two weeks has gone by without any contact. I called and they said they were on back order, but I know they don't even make this product anymore. The guy said he would call around. He sent me an email saying that this product has been discontinued. Therefore, NONE of the products on the site are stocked. They are purchasing the items as they go. UNRELIEABLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

"Ordered a product on August 13th online. I followed up with a call to make sure the product was in stock. They called their supplier who drop ships and said "yes." One week later, still hadn't received, so I called back. Their answer, "Oh, they never shipped it." So I asked for a refund as it was materials I needed for a job that was now over. They said, "Ok, we'll pass it on to our accounting department." Again, one week later, no refund. I called again. Owner/manager says, "Finances are tight, not sure when I can refund you." Seriously? It's my money...it's not a loan. NEVER buy from this company."

"I bought two rolls of paper. They told us their machines were stolen and their system was getting revamped and that's why they didn't notice a week later I ordered. The next week they told me that the paper was waiting to get shipped and because they were still having computer issues they would handle it personally. The next week they told me they didn't have my rolls in stock and they would have a 2 rolls shipped asap. I made the mistake of calling them each date they told me the paper should have arrived. They never sent it. They tell me the only two people that work in customer service is Den the supervisor and Dana the rep. Neither will give me an employee number or last name. They tell me they can't stop credit my money until they stop the shipment. They never shipped it. I own a printshop and when I need paper. I need paper. HORRIBLE PEOPLE at IBOYDS"

"Horrible customer service, charged my credit card but delivered only partially the product 1 month later (without informing me in advance about a back order), blamed everything on vendor. Extremely unprofessional and rude office manager (hang up on me during our conversation). Do not!!!! buy anything from them! I learned my bitter lesson..."

"Ordered some Ilford photo paper. They charged my credit card full amount, and then sent me an email saying the product has been discontinued. I called them multiple times to cancel the order, and they finally did after a week. However, they did not credit me back. Called my credit card company to charge back. It is still under dispute after a month. Stay away from this company."

"Dishonest! Promised me a RMA number for return, then, in spite of many emails asking if they forgot about me, stalled until 90 days had passed to do a Google dispute.
Submitted a charge-back through my credit card company, and Boyd's lied in the dispute - made up a return "policy" different from their receipt and packing slip. Boyd's, or iBoyds = shameful business practices.

"Ordered a sound card from their website on Sunday through Google Checkout, they charged my credit card for the full amount of the order, then I get an email on Monday saying the sound card was on backorder with an unknown delivery date. There was no notice on their website the sound card was out of stock. I'd recommend steering a wide berth.

EDIT 22 May 2010:
I did receive the TOSLINK cable I ordered when I ordered the sound card, and it works fine. On 11 May 2010 Robyn Erskine from Boyd's emailed me she was refunding the $47.82 for the sound card through Google Checkout, but no sign of it yet.
