"They claimed I could print tickets. So I got them to print them for a birthday present. Well, I can't print them and they won't be there for two days before event even though it is two months away... so now for a birthday I have no surprise except to tell my friend I bought them... AND when I emailed them about it I received no response at all in return. I really am upset and will be using a different company for my tickets this summer for other concerts. "
