"The Boxing Bag Store preformed well, however, Everlast failed miserably. The Speed Bag Platform I ordered (#4264) was poorly manufactured. Both Stringers were badly worped which caused mounting them to the wall to be difficult. One of the Slider Bars had two drilled holes that were so out of line that a bolt stuck through the frame from one side to the other left the bolt at a 45 degree angle. It should have been straight through horizontally. Lastly, I am missing a swivel. Please send one so I can actually start using my speed bag. Once again, the Boxing Bag Store didn't do anything wrong but Everlast sure needs to concentrate on their quality control. "
