"I cant begin to express how frustrated I am with this place. I placed an order for much-needed medical supplies and paid extra for expedited shipping because I need my supplies ASAP. So, 6 days later (yes, 6), I called their customer service to find out why I hadn't received my shipment only to learn that they won't ship the item to me without some form on file. I asked them to communicate how frustrating this was and they said "I'll note the account"... Thanks :-/ Horrible experience! I won't attempt business with them again. "
