It went from processing to magically out of stock 1.5 months later. Very ironic that I purchased on Memorial Day with a great discount and now the price is $300 more. They were also unwilling to honor the discount now they they don't have the firearm I purchased. Save yourself the trouble and never deal with these online people...it's a real nightmare!"

"I ordered a weapon and now, 8 days after the order, I have no confirmation regarding shipment, etc. Their website does not allow the selection of an FFL so you have to wait for them to email you a request and then have your dealer email them directly. I did that several days ago, and I still have had no communication other than the original automatic email that was issued after my order. Furthermore, when I have attempted to communicate with the company via telephone, I am left on hold and then the line disconnects. I highly recommend against using this company."
"Well, wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from Botach. Live and learn, oh well. I'm not getting my hopes up that they are going to make the losing situation they've created for me right. I stumbled upon a picture online of an ambi mag release for an ar15 that looked perfect for my build. I tracked down the supposed maker of the mag release, Botach, and gleefully ordered the missing piece of my build. I literally laughed out loud when I opened the package that Blowtach sent me. Not even close in the slightest to what they currently advertise on the site. Its like they have two areas of mag releases at the warehouse sitting right next to each other that should not be anywhere near each other, and a blind monkey fullfilling orders. I assume the pile that what I received came from, is a rusty 55 gallon drum marked "shipwreck parts". I mean, honestly, its downright insulting that they didn't even try to clean up the barnacles off of the P.O.S. mag release they dredged up from a shipwreck, put in a baggy, and shipped directly to me. This is the first, and last time I will ever flush my money down the toilet doing business with Blowtach. I'll gladly take this review down if they ship me exactly what I thought I was paying for, but I'd be surprised if I got so much as an email back. Maybe if my next build is themed "We lost WW3, and now my rifle looks like this.", then I'll have a use for the sorry looking scrap metal junk they sent me."
"I placed an order for a Vortex scope that the website and customer service said was in stock. I received an email the following day with a shipping link so I thought all was good. After the link would not update for over a week, I reached out to Botach. They replied the scope was on backorder. I told them to cancel the order but they "can't do that as the order had already been processed." 11 weeks later I received the scope, got a return authorization and shipped it back (I had bought another scope in the meantime). I was charged $609.77 for the scope. 2 weeks after shipping the scope back I was sent an email stating a $489 refund had been issued. They will charge you a restocking fee on returned items. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!"
"I was on the list to be notified when 20 RD HK mags came back in stock. Was notified at 4:06am Friday morning, placed my order at 6:31 and was confirmed #92527929, 6ea in stock-ordered 4ea, shipping confirmed at 12:17pm 1ZY5A211YW95099925 but never shipped. Monday Morning 6/7/21 they cancel and send an email saying item out of stock. They are Lying POS SCUMBAGS!"
"I ordered a part that was in stock, and said expected delivery was 5 days..... its been 60days and my order still hasn't left their facility. They don't take phone calls, and don't answer emails. There is absolutely no customer service. They say they have government contracts, but im a government employee, and we've never heard of Botach. I'm **** at my self for not doing my research, and losing my money. Stay away from Botach !"
"Mark something shipped, never ship. Cancels weeks later when I contacted BBB. Hope I get my refund. Its been so long they've had my money interest free. TOTAL BS. No phones, no messages online answered or emails. Contacted BBB, all of a sudden they Email me and say they will refund...someday. Till then, I remain ripped off, mislead and out of my money and no product. Such a scam they are running. Low low low people at Botach. THESE ARE THE WORST KIND PEOPLE ON THE EARTH!"
"Considering all the negative feedback, Botach must have stepped up their game. I have now received the 3rd order that I've placed with them (without incident). The orders were processed quickly, Labeled and Shipped out promptly and all arrived ahead of the UPS Scheduled Delivery Estimate. There has been no issue with any of the items in any of the orders. The most recent order was for mags that are fairly scarce now and yet Botach priced them easily 10.00 below what anybody else priced them for (in the best of times). Of course I can only speak for myself but in so doing I'll say that I am confident in Botach and will do future business with them."
"I ordered a tube magazine extender and pistol grip stock for my Barretta shotgun in July of 2020. The Magazine extender was back ordered which held up the whole order. I contacted customer service multiple times via email because they won't answer the phone. In the first week in January, I checked their website and the items were in stock. No one contacted me. The order did not automatically ship when the items came in stock. I emailed them and got a lady to reply who charged my credit card and said it would ship immediately. A UPS shipping label was generated promptly but they never called UPS for a pick up. It is now 6 weeks later and it still has not shopped. When you email them you get this lame excuse that Covid-19 is difficult to deal with for them so please be patient. These people are either incompetent or dishonest. Buy from someone else."
"I ordered a set of armor plates, everything in my cart was reported to be in stock. I could only get 1 side plate because that was all they had in stock. 3 days later side plates are back in stock so I place an order for another. 21 Days later and countless attempts to contact support, the latter order of 1 side plate has shipped and I am told that my previous order that included the same side plate is stalled because side plates are out of stock (the item that shipped already that was ordered later). I am now 24 days past my order date. My first order still has not shipped, their phone system has been shut down because they don't have anyone to answer it, and no one will respond to my inquiry's via the website. Don't waist time with botach.com I didn't realize it until looking at their reviews but apparently they have a long history of burning people with their poor inventory management and even poorer support."
"Put 10 mags in my cart then tried to continue shopping. Ended up getting 3 ruger mags and had to make 2 separate orders tried calling them but they apparently have no customer service representatives. I emailed them to see if they could put both orders together and didn't receive a reply for 24hrs. Then when I sent my reply I didn't get another response for 24hrs again. At this time they told me my 10 mags were out of stock to which I asked why they couldn't have told me that yesterday they said they didn't know yesterday. If this place is that big why can't they hire some people in customer service to answer a phone. I do not recommend this company at all."
