"I ordered a jigsaw from Bosch Tools which was shipped to me the same day. The item was not competitively priced. But the saw was a high priced item, came with a three-year warranty and the store was known for its excellent customer service. I hope I will not have to return the saw to the store for repair or exchange. But if I will, I am sure the store will be there for me three years from now."
