AVOID!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

"This company is worse than shocking, they take your money send out the wrong item withhold a refund and offer 15% of your next order to get you part with more of your hard earned cash. The error was on their part as their incompetent staff cannot read an order form. AVOID ....I will have to raise a case with pay pal to get money back. Customer service is shocking......daylight robbery"

Lacking serious customer service

"I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband's birthday and instead I received a women's sweater. Ok, these things happen, but you would expect some serious customer care since it was their mistake. They answered my second email after 2 days, I had even attached photos of the wrong item along with the receipt, they just sent a general email with the return and refund instructions! "

No compensation, no refunds, no customer service

"I am a new customer that came across Boozt site by pure chance and was delighted by their great offer. I am writing in hopes someone can help me as I have.been calling and emailing the company for weeks now and nobody is willing to help me with my order that came without one item. Since that time I have contacted UPS as well, they concluded the matter and told me to wait for your company to contact me about a replacement item or refund but they are not willing to do so as I get either no reply or a reply that UPS is still investigating which sadly isn't true. I emphasize here that the value is only 35 Euros, that I am a new customer and that this converse has deeply disappointed me.
