"First off, customer service is great, so no complaints there. Overall, the book construction / binding is very good and professional, and the image wrap glossy cover is about as good as to be expected. But negativities start to show up on the interior printing. I chose 100# glossy paper for the interior pages of my book. Compared to other books I've had printed in the past (both digitally and offset), this paper isn't very good and has fairly poor color reproduction. And the glossy paper looks more like a satin or velvet type of paper where it still has a bit of shine, but not really glossy. A lot of the color photos in my book tend to have a slight yellowish / greenish tint to them, even under ideal lighting conditions. But on a a positive, the black and white photos in my book look very good in terms of grayscale printing. One other complaint I have is the printing resolution looks a bit low as there is some banding evident in some of the gradient areas of photos. I wish the paper and color reproduction was better so I could print more books, but unfortunately, these issues are a dealbreaker, especially considering the per book cost."
